AFSCME Local 665, in concert with the Department of Education, Quinsigamond Community College, and the Glavin Regional Center, are in the process of obtaining a grant to provide educational opportunities to local members in English as a Second Language (ESL). The program should be up and running in just a few months. This is a five year grant and, if successful, will open doors for other training opportunities in the future.
