The local has a Hardship Committee that determines on a case by case basis the contribution the local will make to help members/families in times of disasters such as: 

 Death of a member $2000.00

 Cronic Illness of member (not able to return to work)- up to $2000.00

Member who looses house/Apartment to fire: up to $500.00
