At this time the one year agreement is in place which covers July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.

All raises and upgrades under this agreement have now been paid, including retro money.

Please see "negotiations update" to keep aware of information as we now negotiate a three year agreement.

This year is the first year of a 2 year rotation per our policy to grant major Holidays off. That means 2007 is a seniority year. In 2008 those were granted no requested time off in 2007 will have priority in 2008 and then seniority will kick back in  during 2009 as the start of a new 2year rotation.

For the Major Holiday Vacation weeks we are in year two of a three year rotation according to our policy. The deadline for requesting these vacations was September 20th. Any requests submitted beyond that date for those weeks will be considered after the completion of the process of granting the Major Holidys themselves first.

2008 will be the final year in the 3 year rotation and in the year 2009 will again be a strictly seniority year and the first of the new 3 year rotation.
